Here is one for a cheese ball, ok it sounds gross and i refused to eat it for a long time then i tried it and it's wonderful!!! Try it!! Pineapple Cheese Ball 2 pkgs. Cream Cheese 1 can crushed pineapple 1 small onion, or 1 bundle green onions and chives drain as much juice out of the pineapple as you can, ( i put it in a wire strainer and smash it with a wooden spoon till no more juice comes out), chop up the onions ( i use a food processer ) and mix all the ingredients together. refridgerate a couple of hours. and enjoy!! if you want to get festive with it you can do the following after it has been in the fridge a couple hours pull it out and mold it into 2 balls, one large and one small, put the small one on top of the large on so it looks like a snowman, then take 1 container of WHIPPED cream cheese and spread it all over the 2 balls so they will be snow white, then use pretzels for your snowmans arms, use raisens for eyes and mouth, the end of a carrot for his nose or however you wish to decorate him, i went to the store and bought a little straw hat made for dolls and i put that on top of my snowman!!! Have fun!!

I have a funny one..get a planter and line it with plastic wrap. Make Chocolate pudding and put it in the planter, put whip cream on top of the pudding, crush up some oreos sprinkle them on top of the whip cream then take a fake flower and put it on top and sit it out at dinner. They will think its's a plant in dirt until you start eating it. Really good.

I have a good quick and easy snack recipe for you. It is called caramel corn and it is made with 1 cup dark Karo corn syrup, one whole stick of butter or margarine, 3/4 cups of white granulated sugar and 1/2 cup of brown sugar (you can substitute another 1/4 cup white if you don't have the brown.) 1/4 tsp of salt. Stir all of these ingredients in a pot over medium heat until it starts to bubble and the sugar begins to caramelize. You then add in 4 cups of popped popcorn and keep folding the popcorn with a large slotted spoon until allof the popcorn is covered by the caramel. You then turn it out onto a buttered cookie sheet and bake at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes until it is crisp and crunchy. Then eat! Sometimes I use half molasas and half Karo syrup and my fiance likes his with a cup of chopped peanuts added in.

The classic French omelette is not cooked as long as its American counterpart. This omelette is simple in design but difficult in execution. Follow these steps from David Rosengarten, author of "The Dean and DeLuca Cookbook" and "Taste." Things You'll Need * spatulas * 2 or 3 eggs * butter * mixing bowls * whisk * salt and pepper to taste * omelette pans Instructions * STEP 1: Mix the eggs with a little salt and pepper in a bowl. * STEP 2: Melt tons of butter in a 9-inch omelette pan at high heat. * STEP 3: Regulate the heat of the pan by lifting it off the heat or turning down the flame so you don't burn the butter. * STEP 4: When the butter foams, pour the eggs into the pan. * STEP 5: Cook the eggs for about 30 seconds. * STEP 6: Let the eggs set. * STEP 7: Regulate the heat of the pan so you don't dry out the eggs. If it seems to be cooking too quickly, lift the pan off the heat or turn down the flame. * STEP 8: Jiggle and shake the pan gently to distribute the eggs and cook them. * STEP 9: Roll the creamy, almost runny parts of the omelette inside of it by tilting the pan. You want to keep these parts runny and creamy, not cook them dry. * STEP 10: Roll half of the omelette onto a plate, then flip the pan so that the other half covers the first half, making two half circles with the creamy part of the omelette inside. (If you're nervous about doing this, fold one side of the omelette over itself with a spatula, then slide the omelette out of the pan.) Tips & Warnings * A classic omelette is just eggs and butter. If you want to fill the omelette, put 2 to 3 tbsp. filling on one half of the omelette just before you roll it out of the pan. * Use medium-high or medium heat if you're not confident that you can regulate the heat by lifting the pan off the burner. * The omelette should be creamy and yellow, not brown. It should end up a gossamer mass of buttery protein. * The whole process should take about 30 seconds. * If you're concerned about salmonella, this is probably not the best omelette for you.

Since it's winter, I've got a recipe that I've had since before my children were born that's quick, easy, and very easy on the budget! Mexican Soup (better to have a big pot for this one) -cut up approx. 4-5 medium sized peeled potatoes into bite size pieces, place in your pot. -dice 1 medium size onion and place in pot -add enough water to cover potatoes and onions and a little extra -take 1 lb. ground beef and crumble it into the pot. -add salt and pepper Bring to a boil and continue to boil until potatoes are soft. Add 1 can each of: creamed corn chili (with or without beans, better with the beans) diced tomatoes (do not drain before adding) Add any extra salt or pepper, and heat thoroughly. (Because of adding the ground beef before cooking, this may tend to be a little greasy depending on how much fat the ground beef has....it will rise to the top during cooking, simply ladle it out.) I have always served this hearty soup with a big pan of cornbread...it makes a great, filling, "warm you up" meal in the winter.

Chicken crepes Chicken crepes are a wonderful main course that uses a rich, tender chicken stew to fill the thin pancakes. To make this recipe you will need 8 crepes (see related eHows). This rich recipe feeds 4. Things You'll Need * 1 small onions * 2 tbsps vegetable oils * 1/4 cup thyme leaves (fresh) * 1 rib celery * 1/3 cup cream * 1 small carrots * 1 14.5-ounce can low-sodium chicken broths * 1/3 tsp cayenne pepper * 4 chicken thighs * 1/2 cup fresh parsley * salt and pepper * 1 recipe basic crepes (see related eHow) Instructions * STEP 1: Peel and finely dice the onion, carrot and celery. Set aside. * STEP 2: Rinse the chicken thighs, pat completely dry with paper towels and set aside. * STEP 3: Heat a large saucepan over high heat and add the oil. When the oil's hot, add chicken thighs and brown on all sides. * STEP 4: Remove chicken to a plate when brown. * STEP 5: Lower the heat to medium and add the vegetables. Sauté until tender, then season with a tiny shake of salt and a generous shake of pepper. Add the cayenne. * STEP 6: Return the chicken to the pan and add the parsley, thyme and chicken broth. * STEP 7: Bring to a boil, then lower the heat, cover and simmer one hour. * STEP 8: Carefully remove the chicken from the cooking liquid. * STEP 9: Simmer the cooking liquid until it reduces to about half a cup or so. Skim off fat that rises to the surface. * STEP 10: Add the cream and continue to simmer until the mixture is very thick, about two to five more minutes. * STEP 11: Meanwhile, skin and bone the thighs. (You can also remove the skin before cooking.) The bones should slip out easily. Be sure to remove all pieces of bone and cartilage. * STEP 12: Chop the meat into medium-sized pieces and return it to the pan when the mixture has thickened. Turn off the heat and stir the meat into the liquid. * STEP 13: To serve, divide the mixture between eight crepes and roll them up. Serve two crepes per person. Spoon any extra sauce over the top and garnish with a little more chopped parsley.

Onion, ginger, green chilli, ginger, curd water Mix the curd with onion, ginger, green chilli, ginger, white onion, and curry leaves. Add water to it. Drink curd water otherwise known as sambaram occasionally. It is good refreshing drink. It is good for health and is believed to reduce the fat in the body
