Do you love your spouse?

I was married for a long, long time to a man I didn't love. I became very cynical and when I saw loving couples I began to wonder if they were faking it because my marriage was so miserable. I couldn't even imagine what that would be like. I divorced him after 23 years and remarried the man I was meant to be with. Now I believe in love again. But I still wonder how many people are just suffering through miserable marriages. I really, really love my husband. Do you love your spouse?

Yes,I love my current husband very much.I was with a man who I didn't love for some years.I was afraid to leave.Not that he was violent,I just knew he's never leave me alone.Finally I had to 'escape' a thousand miles away to another state.I'm glad I did or I wouldn't have met the wonderful man I'm with now.Ladies,if it's bad,take the leap.Don't waste your time and life on someone who's not going to appreciate it.

That was another issue with my ex. He was persistent, which can be a good trait in some people, but when taken to an extreme, it can leave people feeling helpless because it's more than just persistence; it's more like insistence (at any cost). I guess that's common in controlling personalities.
I'm glad you found happiness. I agree with what you're saying.

I got married when i was 19 to my first husband and i was miserable i only married him because he told me we was to get married by a certin date or we would never get married and well iw as 19 and afraid of what if he is the one. SO i did it i was miserable for almost 2 years i didnt love him at all i was not in love i also turned cynical and disbelieved in it untill i met my new husband and now i am Happy aand have a healty relationship so ya it happens all the tim eto people

I love my current husband. I didn't love the one I divorced. He was selfish, abusive, and cruel.

Yes, i love my husband. I was married before and after 7 years we separated. I suffer 1 yr after my first marriage but, i forget him after. Now i am remarried from 1 year and i love him very much. I thing is better to married with someone who really love.
