If i have a work i usually waking up at around 7:00 in the morning. But if don't have work i sleep as much as i want. Getting wake up in the morning is very hard to do specially when you do not have enought sleep at night that is why i need an alarm clock.

I generally wake up at 7:00 am. Actiually waking up after 6.am is nt good fro health. But I am not able to get up earlier.:(
