Mexican Food

They say that what your mom eats when you are in their tummy is what you love to eat when you get older. I LOOOOVE mexican food. My mom craved mexican food when she was pregnant with me and ate alot of it!! What is your favorite mexican dish? I love enchiladas and tamales!!

Umm...Does the Taco Bell menu count?
I think I've been so spoiled by "American/Mexican" food. I've been to authentic mexican resturants and some of the dishes I really enjoy and others I could do without.
I can't think of a dish off the top of my head at the moment but I really LOVE LOVE nachos and salsa, pintos and rice...awe man you made me hungry. =)

I love mexican food to. With both of my kids i ate ice cream. I worked at a ice cream parlor. Nether one likes ice cream that much. Wow homemade tamales sure sound good right now.

I also love mexican food! I go out to Mexican restaurants with my in-laws almost every weekend. It is yummy! My wife can also make some good chicken enchiladas. MMMM, I'm getting hungry!

I think my all time favourite is fajitas with salad. I like beef or chicken fajitas.
Second favourite is chili con carne with tacos. :-)

Mexiacan food rocks. There is nothing better than a chicken enchillada with sour cream and refried beans uuummmmmuuuuummmm. Now I am gonna have to go right out and buy some. I don't know about the mother and the baby thing I have heard it but I don't think my mom ate much mexican food when she was pregnant and I love it
