I am sorry, I was under the impression....
1. this is a free country (within decency, respect guidelines) and that we were all entitled to our own opinion (whether or not anyone else agress with you)
2. that stating opinions and advise (when requested) is what mylot was about
how do you dislike someone that you've never even met? Open your minds my fellow mylot"ers"

I know what you mean. I posted a discussion about my sons ADHD the other day and this guy told me I shouldn't post thing of a personal nature that nobody cared. And that it was against guidelines I checked and it never said anything about being against guidelines as far as I could tell. I was just interested in getting the opinion of other parents who have been in the same situation I'm in with my son. Can I ask how someone could be so close minded to a topic that affect so many childeren?

Some people just cannot help themselves, and unless they have been in a certain situation cannot understand!

Against guidelines? I don't think so. There are people in the world that are just hard hearted. Your topic was an excellent one and I am so sorry for your family.

I also posted a discussion about the draft and about them bringing it back and a guy said bring it back and send our children to fight a war that isn't even ours to fight.

I am beginning to see that people will just say anything to "get your goat" and make a few cents on their earnings.
BTW, as a prior military member and Gulf War Vet - the draft is not needed. We have brave men and women (and a few bad apples, but that's a whole other story :)) who will fight for our country voluntarily!

I'm not sure how it shows up on your screen but if you look at the bottom of mine, on "related discussions" the first one is about not "liking" another user. silly.
