Do you snore? How to get rid of it?

My friends are told me that i snore, i did not belive them but they insist. so i decided to put a camera before i sleep and record. There i realized that i really snore. How can i get rid from it?

Im not sure that you can get rid of it, but I do know that alot of people say using those breath right strips help. Also laying on your side helps a little bit. When my boyfriend snore alot its usually when he is flat on his back so I roll him over hehe

Breathe right strips work for me too. Wish I could say it was my husband that snores so loud, but unfortunately its me.

lol . . . maybe because you got him too tired . . . hehehe!!! anyway, my Girlfriend lso told me that she have to roll me over to the side to stop it. does weight adds to that? im not that fat. i stand 5'8" wt is 180lbs . . .
