Diabetes - looking for info on new no poke glucometer

Has anyone heard of the new no poke glucometer that is being created for diabetics? Apparently it scans your finger with infrared technology and can take your sugar readings that way so you would no longer need to poke your finger for a blood sample. This has not come to the USA yet but I was wondering if any other countries already have it available and what type of feedback you might have.
