I'm trying to help my family change their eating habits. We have been eating a lot more chicken these days but are tired of the same old versions of marinated chicken, grilled, broiled. We would love some new ideas about low fat meals that include chicken as the main protein source. Thanks in advance for your help.

Well any meals you take
just have it as a boiled or Baked Meals
dont go for Fried meals
it will help you really as low fat in boiled food as far as concerned with Fried Foods
go for Roasted and baked things
and use Microvave for Cooking food
Just try it i have been doing so for last one year and without any workout i have reduced 8 kgs weight
and i eat everything
Like i will say if you want to eat eggs dont eat omlette eat boiled eggs
if you want to eat fried rice
i have a option for that also some taste will differ but you can enjoy
boil the rice and as well as along with it boil the vegetables also put some salt in it and i tea spoon of Oil
and after getting boiled take it out
just try it now same taste will be there but bit difference

Marinate the chicken in teryaki sauce then bake it with turkey bacon wrapped around each piece, held in place with a toothpick topped with chunks of pineapple.
Another idea is to our some barbeque sauce over the chicken before you bake it. Low fat and yummy.
Stir fry chicken is good too.

If I were to do it, I would prefer to steam that chicken with some herbs, preferably ginseng. Ginseng has a value that will increase the metabolic rate of ones body. So, it helps to lose weight at the same time and produce more energy, too.
With this, all of the fat will be squeeze out and I suppose your family will love it
A word of warning though, if your family do not like ginseng, don't try it. Just try steaming it with sauces that your family love.
I hope this helps.
