Major life changes like getting up and going to bed

You know, when my alarm goes off in the morning, I absolutely hate it. Sleep is the most important thing in the world. I hit the snooze button and go back to blissful sleep and then it goes off again and we do battle for a while until I finally give in an drag myself out of bed which I do not want to do AT ALL. And then at night, I sit up and look at the clock and think I really need to go to sleep but I'll just wait a few more minutes and I end up staying up way later than I need to because I just can't seem to make myself take that step and get into bed. Whatever I'm doing at the time seems to be best and switching states is just horrible.

HAHA, you sound just like me. You know what I have found that works the best. When you wake up like 30 minutes before the alarm goes off. and you lay your head back down, DONT get up and take a shower, or something that you may do when you get home from work...
After a couple of days of that, when its bed time. Trust me, you are going to bed.
When I feel not tired, I just go to bed, turn on a fan, nothing else. And in time, I'm asleep.

Like I would ever wake up 30 minutes before the alarm goes off. ;)
I am a big fan of fans! I sleep with two on, actually.
