How much do you plan to spend this Christmas?

Every year its the same thing, I've got to cut down on the spending. And every year, though money is tight, I over spend. I think to myself, 'it's only once a year.. and the kids or whoever could really use this'... and then I have to pay it off as the new year goes by. Do you overspend?? Do you have a budget and stick to it?
