Guys i need ur advise before i buy a property. Which is one better, a condo unit or a house and lot there are pros and cons between the 2.. condo unit: pros: near your workplace, near just about anywhere in the city, low maintainance secured cons: expensive water, expensive association fees, higher risk unnatural living house and Lot: pros: nice environment and community appreciates in value cons: far from city far from workplace high maintenance unsecured so which one will you prefer buying, owning, for use as investment or for personal use?
