Well have you ever heard of a product called Proactive Solution? I haven't personally used this product but know of people who have, and they've had fast results.

I would go to the dermatologist and they can recommend something for you to take. I take tetracycline and it really helps. I have an occasional break out like maybe once or twice a month. I also use a face wash by M.D. Forte. Which works great because it's good for sensitive and oily skin like mine. You can get it over the internet for about $25.00.

there are lots of reasons for growing acnes it would be better if you consult your family doctor. but in diet cut off oily things and increase intake of vegetables and drink plenty of water.

I've got that same problem 6 years ago and my ob-gyne's solution is Diane-35. The pills keep my skin pimple-free, young-looking, my body not fat and as a contraceptive--hey, I'm a mom! I'm still using that until now ('coz I don't want to get pregnant again).

You can buy special creams for trating acne problems. You can try using sulphur based facial soaps. Try sleeping early and drinking lots of water everydy. If this wont work, then you better go to a skin clinic or to a facial salon near you to get some professional assistance. Good luck!
