Do you like to 'dress to impress'?

I personally think it can be very fun occaissonaly.
I sew a lot of my own clothing, and I like showing it of when I go out to party. I don't go partying very often, so when I do I like to put on some nice clothes.
Also, the party scene where I go out has a lot of people making their own clothing and dressing pretty extravagant (cyber gothic).
Anyone else here who does so? Post pics if you can:)

All the time, I am mostly dressed in suits and ties even after work when I am hanging around the house or working around the house.

I wear what makes me comfortable and what I like at that moment, depending on my mood. Though most of the time, I get compliments and that makes me feel better. Been told that I tend to go for certain colours and styles and never wear other colours. I guess they are right.
Do any of you adopt the personality of the cloth/suite/style they dress in? It's weird, but for me it goes like this: I decide I want to wear certain something tonight because that garmet is what I feel like dressing in tonight. I put it on and voila! If it is the *nice guy* style, I tend to act like a nice guy.... it it is the goth style, I act with the goth personality.... bad guy= bad guy.... happy humourous guy= same...... in all aspects: body movement, walking, talking and action. All happens automatically, without me trying to or knowing about it. Any similar experience?

Mostly we wear nice dresses for looking good and wish to hear some good words about our dress and ersonality. It is natural behaviour of human being, he want some good words from others specially he/she axpect with some special and close person to say these good words for him/her.

Hell YEAH.... I love to dress up...
a person's impression is based on his attire and the way he dressed... as Shakespeare said, FOr an APPAREL often proclaims the man... So yes I will definitely dress up...
But also I like dressing up as well...

Yes! I love to dress to impress. I mean it is factual that people see your image before they hear your words; well most of the time. I believe and also from personal experience that a first appearance can make a lasting impression. Halloween can be one of the best times; as costumes are an array for the imagination.

Yes, most of us do this. Good dressing is to present ourselves and also to attract attention of others.
