Is Christianity Message Of Jesus?

Hi, i want to ask that is Christianity is truly the message deliverd by Jesus?I read a bible which is called red lettered bible(everything that Jesus has said is written in red ink)and in it there were very few things that were said by Jesus. More over most of the teachings of christianity are not of jesus but of St.Paul who was the enemy of christianity during Jesus's life,after jesus he converted.It was he who started preaching to gentiles(non-jews).It was he who devised a lot of teachings of christianity. Jesus was a jew and therefore he was circumcised,he never ate pork as all these things are forbiden among jews but these things are permissible in christianity what do you people have to say about this?
