Landscaping the Back Yard

I am ripping out the trees in the back yard and doing some landscaping i was just wonding if anyone had some good landscaping ideas or pictures. are yard is really big! I am trying to think of some nice looking plants that dont attract a lot of bees i am allergic...

If you have the money, a pond would be nice. My boyfriend always wanted a water garden but we just don't have the time or money right now. I'm not allergic to bees, I just can't stand them. I don't know of any plants that won't attract them. Good luck.

I would love that and it is something i was thinking about but we have two three year olds and i would be too afraid that they would fall in. it only takes 1/2 an inch of water to drown... :(

Would you feel safe enough with a good sturdy fence around it. I bet you could find one that looked nice and was sturdy. Or you'll have to wait until they are grown.lol.
