What are your thoughts on Cipralex?

I have been taking it because this dr. in Dubai told me it would work for me. I have been doing ok on it i guess but i still get really really depressed and it has some sexuuual side effects. I cant "enjoy" the "moment" anymore... this just makes me even more depressed. I have thought about not taking it anymore but its not like i can go out and buy more medicine thats diffrent. i am currently working in Iraq and the Dr. in Duabi just precribes the medicine he dont really listen to me and i cant find a Dr. in the states (where i live when not in iraq) that will work with me... Which did i add just depresses me even more. I feel so usless and i dont know what to do. at least the cipralex has calmed the angry spouts but i still feel so worthless. granted i only tried to find a dr. that was around my house (indiana) but no one wanted to help me... :( any suggestions?
