"i want to grow deeper with God"

i always pray this since i became a christian but until now i feel that i am a seed that does not sprout. I remain in soil and has not grow as God wants me to be. I rarely read bible, i slept when i pray, i pray repetitive words when i eat, i forgot to pray for my loved ones, and especially for my country. I feel that I havent grown as a christian. I tried to move on, but afterwards i will be complacent again. I felt bad and i really really want to grow deeper and deeper with God, i want to experience Him in every second of my life. I always lack time but it shouldn't be because I have a lot of extra hours doing nothing. Please provide advice on how i can accomplish this goal.
