What all are constituents of earth? I mean what earth contains inside .

Nitogen(N2) , oxygen(O2), carbon-di-oxide(CO2), Hydrogen(H2), and other inert gases....Nitrogen has the highest %-78%...oxygen-20%...

I think you are talking about the atmospher of earth. I am interested in knowing insdie earth i mean below the surface.

The earth is molten under the surface. If i'm not mistaken near the centre it is solid. I suppose its mostly silica cause sand is the most abundant thing in the world.
