How do they pick who has the best response or who picks it? What makes it a best response????

u only can pick best anser for your post... once u receive some replies in a week time.. u can decide on the response which is best and choose that as a best asnwer

when u start the discussion. many people will post there replies to your query. now u will select the best responce from all the posts
u will have an option to post them as the best replys of the your discussion page..

No, there isn’t a time limit as far as I know. You can pick whoever satisfies the criteria you stipulated. It’s more kudos at the end of the day, however I think they get a ‘point’ for the best response and each point adds to the amount they’ll earn each month.
