Are women really capable of handling pressure situations

Women in general are very soft and caring,it has come to an extent today that they can achieve anything done by men,but are they really capable of outstanding men in all situations of life,it may be either a life scenario or a political scenario an official scenario etc..

I think women today can handle any high pressured situation. I believe what it boils down to is personality. For me personally, I am around alot of dominant women. That's just the way they are so any situation that is thrown at them, they're usually able to handle.
