Earnings structure

Do you think Mylot should make it clear what the earnings structure is? I've just read a post asking about the + and - to rate discussions, and i think most community members speculate on how the payment structure is set out. Do think it's best as a secret to stop people from trying to take advatage of the rules, or do you think that we as members should be aware of the way we get rewarded? I just can't work the payment system out!!

Maybe they can try your views but its ok if the +/- thing is secret. But i'll also favour that it must be revealed. So that they get alert that they are posting un appropriate messsages and the other users are not liking them.
