There are hundreds software packages to choose from, along with a long list of hosted services. What do you consider to be the best blogging tool?

I like wordpress; I'm pretty computer illiterate; and wordpress has been easy.
You can get it either way. The .com is a free hosted wordpress. The .org is open source; but, you need a host.
