very much he shd get 2 chance.. becoz sometime a person can do mistake and we shd not count always on the weakness of that person

Most people deserve a second chance. We all make silly mistakes that we regret. But they shouldn't impact the rest of our lives in a negative way. Sadly there are a few that don't deserve a second chance, their mistake was so hienous, one could only hope they saty locked away from society so they don't go out and continue their evil path of desruction.

I think it depends on the mental state of the person and the severity crime.

It depends. If the situation wasnt too bad than Yes. But if it invloves Murder or cheating or something crazy than NO.

It depends on the person and what kind of debt he had to pay for ... There are murderers which killed out of compassion and love or for money and greed - I would give the first case a second chance but not someone of the later category Like I said depends on the situation
