Direcway/Hughesnet sucks

Well, to start off with, they suck because they pick crappy shows constantly. I suppose that's not the fault of direcway, but the individual cable companies. We pay almost $100 a month for cable, and 80% of the time we watch 2 free air channels (abc and fox). So that in itself ticks me off. But anyways, last night I'm watching the Ghost Hunters Live. At this point I'd been up and watching it for 4 hours. And BOOM! Direcway jacks up the station and it goes off. All the other channels worked. But scifi is saying that I need to call customer service and order the channel. WHAT THE CRAP!!!! I was SO SO mad. I was ready to call them and tell them either give me a few months of free service or turn the crap off! I pay almost $100 a month and when I finally get to watch a show that makes me feel like it's worth my money to have cable, the freakin channel breaks??? I was RAGIN MAD!!! And then it finally comes back on about half hour before the show's over
