I feel over time is not correct if you can do your work in the time giver to you why over time.people should be only paid for the work done in the alloted time.

Overtime if in the job and unexpectedly have to do is not good for women. But if 1 or 2 day daily for maximum 1 hour is not too bad. For man overtime is not bad, it help to increase income. but if overtime is without earning everybody will dislike it.
