The important thing is to make sure that any changes you make in diet and exercise are gradual and ones that you can stick to for the long term. Many people do "crash diets" to lose weight and these are unhealthy and will not work in the long term. However, if you do small things like an extra 20 minutes of walking/jogging 3-4x per week and situps 2-4 times per week, that should help and is something that you can stick with.

What you want to do is target those muscles in that area and tone them up, that will make a difference. If you were to lose weight, it would be lost over your entire body, but since you are not very heavy, just a good toning of your muscles will make a huge difference.

first dont eat fat food yaar, later just do good execersise in mylot, in this way u can earn money alot and ur weight will be control automaticallyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

i think you are not as over weight. so no need to do anything. you may try to do some exersice to shape your body. consult a right physical master or doctor for more.
