have you ever felt obligated to something you donn like?

it somehow seems to happen very often with me and ironically i donn even feel that i am wrong in not saying NO when i can or should say NO. It probably is in the nature of a human being? Thoughts??

I go through this quite often. It usually is a wonderful beaded necklace my 5 year old made or a hat crocheted by my 10 year old. I never wear things I don't like that are given to me by adults but I wear my children's handcrafted items with pride.
