How to Get Traffic to a Website / myLot

I am looking for ways to generate traffic to my website at http://namd3r.com/ The problem here is that I have Google Adsense on the site, so I can't generate traffic from places that break their terms of service and stuff. How do you generate traffic to your site or blog?

There are several ways to gain good traffic such as exchanging links and submitting blogs to Blog Directories. Most directories are a waste of time but some aren't. I run a website aswel - http://www.videogeezer.com and I find it very gard to get traffic aswel. The best ways are to get link exchanges and put your site on your forum singatures. If you need any more help just ask me.
