i don't know which is the best, but as far as i know there's www.freewebs.com, www.geocities.com, www.tripod.com, www.angelfire.com, etc...

I think www.freewebs.com is the only one that will get u some traffic and will still be free. There are others like geocities but those dont have much traffic at all. Nice post. happy mylotting.
