I really don't know the answer to that. I have had my computer for three years but I think it is time to upgrade because it is so slow.

well it depends on how you use your computer... I have a computer which I purchased on 06-01-2004 and its still running as if I have brought it today and the performance is great... So it depends on how you use it ...if you use it hard that ur machine life is just 1year

all computers have inbuilt obsolescence to ensure you will go buy a new one soon after first buying . With this in mind although a computer may have a life expectency of say five years it is out of date in 12 months ensuring your re buy
