Desperate for loan

ok hers's the thing. I need a loan of US$3400 to cover medical bills for my mother-in-law to be (she has a nerve pinched between two vertebrase in her lower back that only a surgury can fix). my Fiance is currently incaserated here in Jamaica. It's not that we don't have the money it's in a fixed depsosit account that short of his death cannot be broken without him personally going to the bank. My fiance gets out in three months but we can't waith that long the surgury most be done within the next week or she may never walk again. Everyother expendable cash we had has been used up in lawyer fees and medications, the loan will be repaid plus interest. Can anyone help?
