Which brand do you think is the best as far as leak protection and price???
I buy my baby Pampers. I know they aren't the best priced but I've only been buying diapers for like 2 weeks. What's your preference?

i like huggies. my son was 6 days early, and he was only 5 lbs 3 ounces. so we had to get preemie diapers, newborn ones were too big. huggies was the only brand we could find that had preemie size. so we have stuck with them. he is in size 3 now!!

I know they make them for babies that are only 2 pounds! I saw them on 1800diapers.com. I bet they're teeny!

I tried with luvs. They leaked. So now i am using Huggies for my baby.I usually buy the bigger size, though it contains lesser number becz the correct size (given on the diaper box)diapers doesn't fix properly to my baby.No problem till today with huggies.

I buy Huggies the most cause I like them the best! We used Luvs not too long ago and I liked those to but they don't have the stretchy waist part so I needed a size 2 when she was a size 1 cause they would barely fit around her little fat tummy.

I use Pampers, Huggies, or Luvs, whichever ones are on sale. I haven't had any leak problems with any of the 3 different kinds. And Luvs have the fresh smell to them like Pampers.

We used cloth diapers. I made some myself so we ended up saving quite a bit of money in comparison w/ disposables. I

That's smart but I couldn't wash cloths with poop on them every day. I'd rather just rhrow it away!
Thank you for your response.

Don't you hate that those ones don't have the stretchy waist? My baby has a fat tummy and it was too hard trying to fasten those ones for me.

I have 6 children with 2 in diapers still. I like to buy Parents Choice. I get them from wal-mart and they're pretty cheap but they work really well. I have'nt had any problem as far as rashes, leaks or any thing else and I have used them for all my children and my oldest is 9 now.

I started with Pampers, moved to Luvs, now Huggies Supreme are what we use. My son sleeps through the night (8 to 9 hrs) and we havn't had an accident yet.
P.S.-If you go to the Pampers,Huggies,Gerber,Beech Nut ect.. websites and sign up they send you coupons and special offers.

Now that my baby is 2 months old I have more of an opinion on diapers. I pretty much HATE Pampers Swaddlers. They leak! Even when she barely pees in them the back of them are wet to the touch and if she fills it up, when I change her she has like drops of pee on her that the diaper didn't absorb.
I've been to the Pampers and Huggies sites and haven't gotten any coupons from them.

I will only use Huggies UltraTrim for my son (and daughter when she was in diapers). We have never had any problems with them. Don't sag - not even after a night full of wetness. We tried Luvs with both my daughter and my son and they leaked all the time! Even during the day. The only time we got any use out of the Luvs was when my son was first born Luvs Preemies were the only ones that we could find that would fit him (he wasn't a preemie just very long compared to his weight). As soon as he out grew that size, we had to switch due to them leaking.

My son always wore Luvs, I got them because they were cheaper yet they were still better quality than some of the generic brands. I never had a problem with them. The Huggies always leaked when I used those, and Pampers worked well, but in the interest of saving money I still used Luvs. Now he wears Huggies Pull-ups because the Pampers don't have the velcro on the sides, which makes it easier to change him in public places. I am hoping that he will be potty trained soon though.

I've three kids, and tried just about all the diapers. I liked Huggies the best. Pampers and expensive and they leak out the legs with messy ones, store brand leak THROUGH the whole diaper, and there was another brand that was thick and bulky. Huggies are the best for leaks, the hold a ton of pee and they are thinner than other diapers. Cheaper than pampers too.

If I were rich I'd buy those stretchy pampers. I ain't. Dri bottoms and White Cloud (walmart brands) work just fine. No leaks. No discomfort. No problem.

I absolutely HATE Luvs. They leak on both of my kids. I don't mind Pampers, but the material seems to stick inside my daughter's belly button. We use huggies on my son, but it seems like after the scent of pampers, the diapers end up smelling REALLY bad at changing time. So, I guess I'd have to say I switch between huggies and pampers.
