A thought for the holidays.

Twas three weeks before Christmas
and all over the Web
The folks all sent e-mails
With stupid ripoffs of holiday
poems and rhymes, hoping to make
their friends laugh, ...
The holiday shoppers ran out
on December 24th at 4 pm, realizing
they had been enthralled by the
pretty flashing lights
of their modems while they sat online.
Warning:
Don't let this happen to you.
Move your little butts off those chairs.
Finish your holiday cleaning, cooking and shopping.
And don't forget it's the warmth of the season,
the Peace and Joy and Love that counts,
and not the amount of money put in your Paypal stocking
by MyLot.

This is fabulous! I tell myself this all the time. I think people are unaware of how much time they spend in front of the computer for no reason! For me this is a good activity to do while my daycare kids are napping. I need to do something quiet or they all wake up!
