Trouble with the lawyer

I have a very real issue here so serious responces only please. I need to know if anyone in here is either a lawyer or has ever filed a grievance against one? My husbands lawyer didn't finish the job that she started for him. And now she won't even take his calls to answer his questions. His credit is being destroyed because she didn't safeguard his property. What should we do???
