Oh that's a pity, if you like spicy food then Indian cuisine is what you need to try:) Where exactly in the South do you live? I'm in Texas and Dallas has many Indian restaurants. Yes, Indian food is something I make myself. By Indian I mean the country Indian, and not the native Indians:) If you get a chance try it, I think you might like it.

Cut up already, that I agree..but for lazy people..nah-ah! :) Maybe you haven't tried the more authentic Indian dishes yet, a lot goes into preparing them and the outcome is, well...amazing! I'm not saying this because I'm Indian but I've heard a lot of my non-Indian friends tell me that.

Indian food, like many other kinds of asian cuisine, is great for lazy people. Everything's already cut up into little pieces... usually, I had some crab curry once, not pleasant to eat, for all the trouble you had to go through just to get to the crab meat! :D Different kinds of curry too, I like the tomato-based curry the best. It's food that's full of ZING! You eat it and taste all sorts of flavors, from all the spices. I like to eat it with rice, their rice is nice ;)
And the bread is terrific. Of course, it's spicy too, but that just adds to the ZING! :)

I'm not that keen on Indian food as i don't like spicy things, and Indian food tends to be quite spicy! I like naan break and popadoms dipped in mango chutney, and i also like prawnn puree, but most Indian take-aways/restaurants in the UK only do that as a started and often won't produce it as a main meal, so i don't bother.

I am not fond of Indian dishes. I don't care for curry. But I do like Native American Indian food. Buffalo is great.
