my friend has yet to get her divorce of six years but she lives with another man. her husband and her have been seperated for over a year and has lived with her new boyfriend for about nine months. she hasnt filed the divorce yet so she is still legally married. she hasnt filed due to the fact that she cant afford an attorney right now. do you think it will interfere with the divorce if it goes to court?
