Some time saving devices don't really save time, I used the dishwasher and the dishes didn't feel right, so I ended up washing them anyway, so that didn't save time, but the time saving doodahs that do work are good and you probably do waste more time cos you think well I can do whatever in 2 minutes so I can have a few more minutes doing nothing.

Well I don't know about time, but I do know some people waste more money by buying the time saving devices. I don't know if I've got any really, well I suppose you could say the microwave is a time saving device, but I only usually defrost things and cook mushrooms in there.

The supposed biggest time saving device-the computer is now in my opinion the biggest time wasting device as well. While the cpus have all increased in speed and power, the ability of them to take us to sites like this has also increased. Kind of a double edged sword where we have to decide to take advantage of the time saving device, or use it to waste more time. Without the cpu and a high speed internet connection, I'd definatly get more work done, although I don't know exactly how I'd do my job without it.
