How Much Food To Buy

We're having a reception this weekend... There are 50 adults, 20 kids. We're doing soft tacos, chips and dip. Beer/wine/soda.
Beer/Wine/Soda I am getting 48 beers, 6 bottles of wine and 10 2 liters (only about 25 of the adults drink)
I am having a hard time figuring out HOW much taco stuff we need to get. Meat, Cheese, lettuce, onion, tomato. I would rather have MORE than enough than NOT enough.
Any advice would be appreciated!

My honest advise would be for you to consult an experienced friend. Its hard for me to tell you how much because i dont know how much food your visitors consume. Some may it too much and that we can not avoid. :-) some kids will ask for more. Its better to know first and guess if they will eat much or not. From then, you can estimate the budget for your food.

Her friends are BIG FAT PIGS! haha... Just kidding I can say that because I am her friend! but that is a good thing to bring up! we can just estimate how many taco's we think everyone will eat!
