How to get for free a Premium Paypal account?

I have a normal paypal already but I know that I can receive only 2 payments per years:-(. I know that there is a premium paypal...but you must pay a fee. Who tell me what is the truth? Do I must pay to change my paypal address to a premium one? I want to receive more than 2 payment from myLot and other sites...how to do? Explain me! Thanks!

i to have a normal paypal account and i am waiting for my payout of this month after that what i have to do i don't have any idea but i think i buy something from online store if it cost me to transfer my money and i may save my money for letter use

maybe I will do as you want to do, keep my money on paypal and then buy something on ebay or e-shops that are accepting paypal money!

You will have to pay fees if you upgrade. Every payment you recieve will be charged. I believe it's 2%. I know when I was getting paid for surveys though that my Premiere Acct did not take money out for fees. I'm not sure how MyLot does it because I haven't reached payout yet.

I don't think you read your agreement right. I have a normal account and I receive several separate payments to it each month without the need to upgrade.

I have a regular paypal account and I receive as many payments as I want. I would reread the agreement, I think you may be mistaken (which would be a good thing :)) By the way you can also email them and ask questions as well. they do respond...

I have a regular PayPal account and I get more than 2 payments per year. I have NO idea what you're talking about.
