How do you prepare your chicken?

I usually bake it. No skin, no bones. Just dip it in melted butter and roll in bread crumbs.

I usually just use Shake N' Bake. Sometimes just a little bit of salt & pepper.

I usually marinate my chicken in barbacue sauce or italian dressing, its so delicous. Sometimes I just put shake n bake on it and thats good too. Then I bake it in the oven. What about you, how do you prepare your chicken?

i just put it on a tray and goes in the oven for a few hours depedning on its weight. i dont really do anything else to it. but to make real good roasts sprinkle with seasoning and add parsnips in the tray... lovely!
