How the IRS failed to stop $200M in bogus refunds

Did anyone else read in the newspaper or hear about this is the news? How do you feel about this? Personally I'm not really happy.

i havent hear the news about IRS failed to stop $200M in bogus refunds, i think its hard to think that IRS could be fooled... btw, dont forget to always rate people by best response. +.- mark for people who really deserve it
