What do you think about banning Cell phones in Colleges

This is Forced Rule in India in many colleges

It depends.For me it should only be banned in a classroom if you are taking an examination. As we know, cellphone is used for communication. So for me,they should only be restricted for those who are taking examination.

Ya. If it is exam, We have to place a board. Exam is 'ON' So no cell phones 100mts

I do not think that is a good idea because many colege student have children and in cases like that u cannot leave your phone home
