Can we achieve authentic intimacy if we can connect online?

Online communications, such as emails and chatting, has been so prevalent nowadays that it has already cut time to do face-to-face and personal encounters with our loved ones. Can we still be intimate by online dating or does it hamper it?

online dating? i think intimacyt can be doing through any communicationg device, including connect online, i think we can even achieve love and lust in some kind of ways. btw, dont forget to always rate people by best response. +.- mark for people who really deserve it
