I absolutely love them. I like eating mine with some hot sauce. I'm having some tonight for dinner.
Chitlins, also known as Chitterlings are pig intestines. Mostly eaten in the South. I know it sounds gross. I thought so too many years ago but boy was I wrong! They're delicious but they do stink when you cook them. Anyways, do you like chitlins?

I'm sorry, but I really don't think that I could "choke" them down. Now, I've eaten a lot of different foods and changed some things about myself since I married a Southerner, but I have to draw the line somewhere. You certainly enjoy yourself though!

Hehe, you really should try them! I was completely disgusted by them but I was shocked when I first tried them years ago. They really taste good. Just try a little bite some time, I'm sure you won't think they're too bad. :) Thanks for your response!

I have heard of them, but never eaten them. Where did you first have them? Where do you buy them? I don't think that I could ever try them. I am not very adventurous with food.

I first had them at my grandma's house when I was younger, think it was for one of the holidays. You can get them at any grocery store: Kroger, etc. You can buy them cleaned or uncleaned. The uncleaned ones are in the square red buckets. I always buy the cleaned ones of course. :) They are usually in the the frozen food section with the meats and dinners.

You know the saying, "You can't judge a book by it's cover"? That applies to this, they're really good. You should try them. :) Thanks for your response!

They sound icky, but I would like to try them. I live in Canada, and it's not something we eat here.
