Books, books, books! I couldn't live without books. I take one with me everywhere I go. They always come in handy in a doctor's waiting room! They sure are better than sitting staring at the television set. They are not only educational, they help you emotionally. Sometimes you need to get away from real life for awhile.

I would say rather that the books are for the soul of the people. Personally this i what i fell when i read a book that it adresses to my soul, to my sensitivity, but i can't say that the books are not good for the mind too. They help you thinking and even they form you as a person. Good luck!

I definitely think that books are a lot better than wasting time watching TV or movies. Books are a key to your imagination. A good book can conjure up vivide pictures in your mind. I really love to read!

Yes, I would agree. I love to read alot. I think that reading is very educational whether it's historic, science fiction, or a murder mystery book. Plus it keeps the brain working. Books are definitely food for the mind.

Books and traveling shape us. Books are the best companions. Some of the books which have been food for my mind are Bhagavad Gita, Atlas Shrugged, Jonathan Livingston Seagull,

Yes, I do. Books really are food for the mind. I like books, and I like reading, and also I like to learn new things from the books. I mostly prefer non-fiction but sometimes I have noticed, that even a most trivial romance book can hide something new and useful...
