Do you believe that God really exists? Personally, I believe in a superior being, not sure if it's God though.
Do you believe the bible is the word of God? Do you believe it's 100% true? After going through it I've found numerous contradictions and issues, so I don't believe it's 100% true, but I think it has useful information.
What do you believe in?

Yes, I believe that God really exists. Yes, I believe the Bible is the word of God. Yes, I believe it is 100% true. If it isn't 100% true, then I am not able to trust it. I am a bit curious (o.k. a lot curious) as the the contradictions you have found. I am not saying it is this way with whatever you are talking about but in some instances percieved contradictions are only from lack of understanding the culture of the day. For instance, I always thought Proverbs were promises but in fact they are statements that are true in general. There can be exceptions to them but for most they will hold true. Thanks in advance if you take the time to satisfy my curiousity about the contradictions.

Your beliefs are a lot like mine. :D
I believe in a higher power. I don't give it a name or anything, because I don't believe that we humans have the ability to really understand what's out there. As for the Bible, I don't think it's 100% true. It has a lot of culturally relevent information, a lot of insights into ancient times, a lot of good stories and a very good message in the New Testament. There is a lot to be learned from the Bible, no matter what your beliefs.
Heck, most of Leviticus is all instructions on how not to die from food poisoning or an STD!
