Sometimes people often don't appreciate what they have until they lose it.

Your beauty, your figure, money, any number of friends and family, your sight, your freedom of speech... almost anything really. lol

I choose for time. Time is so precious once time has gone never return back. We waste out time in unnecessary activities and later we realize that we have waste our most valuable time for needles purpose. When we realize the value of time then we find everything has gone. One who not respect of time he regrets when the time passes. We understand the value of something when we lost it.
