When I signed up for this it was to have discussions. Lately it seems like surveys. Is it just me or does anyone agree? If you would like real discussions please respond.

it may be, in some ways, a kind of survey, considering that you're asked to state your opinion. but it becomes a discussion if it generates intelligent responses, and i don't mean just the yes-no kind of responses.

I belong to some survey sights and this is not a survey nor have i gotten one. I guess you have to make your own discussion topic and hope people will respond to you.
