How to participate again in Google Adsense after getting banned?

Hai i used Google adsense on my website for a couple of months. But i got a mail that there were some fraudulant clicks detected. So my account was cancelled. Anybody got idea how to participate again in Google Adsense?

Hav u given ur tax info to them?If yes then u cannot make an account again

You can ask your friend to register with all his details and when you get the cheque ask him to deposit in his account and later transfer to yours.
