Well, if you are in pub or bar or in park or anywhere... if you see this really HOT girl or guy , what is your best line to pick and how do u say it?

MOst probably i will whether she is drinking at de pub and she is alone. I will wait for her to finish off de drink then i would ask her "May i get de drink 4 u". If she says yes then lucky me.
